 When you meet with our expert design team we’ll discuss your needs and requirements including price, options, specs, and so much more. Get excited! Your custom home plan awaits 

 The Elegance Builders team will walk you through our terms and conditions, deposit information, and flexible financing options. 

 At this stage, we review your current financing options for the construction of the home as well as your options at the end of construction. There are a few different choices here as well, all with your needs in mind 

This step in the process includes a few key meetings before we begin the construction process. These meetings will address:

• Structural changes & solidifying the structure of the home to be able to obtain permits.
• Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing options including outlet placement, communication lines, alarm systems, and more.
• Trim and paint finish options for granular details like the kitchen hoods, fireplace shelves, mantles, etc.

Part of our full-service package is the option to work with one of our designers to help with your selections or to pick from our 9 idea boards and skip step 6 altogether!

• We will provide 3 selections in different styles from flooring to lights that are in the budget.
• Want to upgrade? 3 more selections of slight upgrades in dollars will also be provided.
• Seeking top-of-the-line? We will provide 3 more custom idea boards that are filled with top-of-the-line in every category!

One of the best parts of building a custom home with Elegance Builders in Wichita is our selection of options. This stage of the process includes choosing flooring, countertops, light fixtures, and so much more.

As part of your custom package, you will receive complimentary design services of up to 3 hours with your build. Want more? We can upgrade your contract to include more design hours as needed.

 The construction of your custom luxury home begins! This process can range anywhere from 6-12 months depending on the complexity and size of your home. We’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way. 

 Make your home, YOURS! This is the exciting moment where we walk you through all the features of your home, sign some documents, and finally hand over the keys to your brand-new luxury custom home. 

We will be there with a bottle of champagne to toast to you and your new home!
